The Museum of Yachting displays an array of vessels, artifacts and literature, chronicling the technology and design improvements and the history of the sport in America. Exhibited yachts include such storied rigs as the America Cup-winning Courageous, and the Bolero, considered the "largest modern ocean racer" in 1949. The museum lies in Fort Adams State Park, next to Brenton Cove.
